There was also received last week from the Egypt Exploration Fund through the Smithsonian Institution, a book entitled "Temple of Deir el Bahari", by Edourd Naville,Part 5, the receipt of which I acknowledged.

I also acknowledged the receipt of letters numbered twenty-four and twenty-five, stating that you were traveling in the Orient.

Nothing of importance has transpired since my last letter at either the house or the office. Stephen reports everything quiet at the house and all well.

Last week the repaired frame of the Dewing "Mandolin" came from Beers Brothers, New York, in good condition. Ibelieve Mr. Dewing directed that it be shipped to Detroit.

Very respectfully yours,
J M Kennedy
