Mr. H. R. Yamamoto,
150 West 84th St.,
New York, N. Y.

Dear Mr. Yamamoto:-

I am in receipt of your letter of the 24th inst., relative to the case of pottery which is now in the Customs Department here.

As Mr. Freer is to be absent for so long a time, I think it is best to have the things forwarded to you. They are being inspected to-day, and as soon as the proper clearance is made, I shall send them to you by American Express. I have paid the duty and other charges, and will send you the amount thereof in a day or two, and shall also advise you when the case is shipped.

Wishing you the compliments of the season, I am,

Very truly yours,
JM Kennedy
