254 5th Ave., New York, N. Y.

My dear sir:-
I take pleasure in advising you that there has been returned from the State Savings Bank, this City, the guarantee which Mr. Freer gave the Bank on September 1, 1906, of the payment of your note of said date for $30,000, the Bank advising that the note has been paid in full, which information we gave Mr. Freer in a letter written him yesterday.

In a letter received from Mr. Freer on Tuesday, last, he stated that he would probably remain in Egypt until Jan. 20th. He was well at the time he wrote, and greatly enjoying the beauties of the Country.

Very truly yours,
JM Kennedy
