Freer, your letter of the 13th instant, addressed to him, was opened by me [[obscured]] Mr. Freer sailed from New York on November 15th, last, for a trip through the Orient, and does not expect to return home before late in June. I shall be writing to him, however, in a day or two, and will take pleasure in inclosing therein, your letter. Very truly yours,
