Dear Sir:-
I write this letter to advise you that we have this day received through the People's State Bank of this city, the Certificate of Deposit for stock of Magnus Metal Company, in your name, which we turned over to them on Monday, last, for collection of the payments due on this stock, together with check for $1500.00, payable to your order, being in full of the first two instalments of $30.00 each per share, under contract to purchase. The payments are indorsed on the back of certificate, as follows;-

1st instalment, March 11th, 1907 - $1,044.00
2nd instalment, March 11th, 1907 - 456.00
Total, $1,500.00

which amount we have placed to your credit on Mr. Freer's books inliquadition of the balance due on your note.
