No. 915 Union Trust Building,
Detroit, Michigan.
October 13th., 1906.

Mr. D. J. R. Ushikubo,
c/o Yamanaka & Co. #254 Fifth Ave., New York City.

My dear Mr. Ushikubo:-

It was my intention to have said to you yesterday before leaving New York that I would have the document of the mortgage [[strikethrough]] executed [[/strikethrough]] prepared and sent to you for execution, but in the hurry the matter slipped my mind. It would have been attended to earlier but for a pressure of other matters. However, it will all be fixed to our mutual satisfaction before I leave for the Winter.

Very truly yours,
Charles L. Freer
