Earlier CR changed RCM RM foil from 1.25 -> 1.7 degree threshold
[[?]] flip reasons - transients up to 1.2 degrees can get thru IMU SUP digital filters
398377 adds filtering to protect against transient
Gains reduced to ~ 1/3 of present value
Changes output lag from 13 sec to 23 sec
-att. thresholds in 100's sec
-20 sec [[congruent to]] one resolver bit

next OASCB circuit pack - add note on BFS -> 103 trans
