Airlock close-out 1800-2130. No anomalies. Interior vacuumed and seal leak-checked. Mid-deck window protective cover to be removed when exterior GSE panel removed.


MLR problems: voltage spikes due to ringing in DC-DC converter cause converter shutdn (not related to malf detectn) 
Considering disable of O/V m Dc-DC (units are also sold  w/o this protection) Only problem @ pwr on - got assurances from JSC that they could ensure pwr <32 VDC before pwr ON
