MLR POWER REQMTS

PRE
1 bus sufficient (< 3 amps)
2 buses req'd [[**required]] for PWR tb (HALF tb will be gray).

PROC
Listen for stirring when PRE → PROC if not heard, converter may have shutdn [[**shutdown]]; recycle PRE → PROC
1 bus OK til [[**until]] heaters come on 
  1 htr on ~ 27 min after PROC
  2nd htr ~ 11 hrs later
 w/ 2-3 htrs cycling 6.5-10.8 amps

V1103 follow - ons:
- Passed on Fish's squawk about "A" hatch lock-lever tab to Spern.
  He'll open an IPR.

- Items for 1103 next flow:
1) Add venfic^ of SOP P = 5800-6200 psi
2) Perform full status list ck while on BATT
3) Check PLSS O2 P immediately post pwr ↑
              and       "      pre  pwr ↓
4) Set MASTER VOL's to Max
5) Call out DCM cross-checks explicitly
