absence of Mr [[?]] ered your letter in which you made enquiries after the 2 Whistler pictures in the
Young collection.

Harvey ascertained from the Agnew that the Seascape 
had been sold, we cabled you that the price for the remaining landscape with where cottages was £800, this inclusive of our commission.

Agnew's first price was £725 nett to us, but we finally managed to buy it for £700 cash, which will
reduce it to £780, at which price we are invoicing
it to you.

We are meanwhile keeping it, waiting your instructions.
