Gentlemen:-
I am in receipt of a letter from Mr. Y. Fujita, written at [[strikethrough]] Tokyo [[/strikethrough]] Kioto on July 19th, enclosing to me a consular Invoice and Insurance Policy covering a shipment from Kobe to his New York house, of four cases, the contents of which belong to Mr. Charles L. Freer. 

Mr. Fujita also enclosed to me a bill showing the amount of duty and other charges, payable by Mr. Freer, on his own articles in the shipment, and requested that the amount thereof, $60.15, be remitted to you.

I therefore, take pleasure in handing you, enclosed herewith, a draft on the National Park Bank, New York, to your order for said amount. Kindly receipt and return the enclosed voucher to me.
