of some of the paintings and bronzes purchased by me during my travels in the Orient last year, and when they are ready I shall be pleased to send you copies of the photographs. Some of the art objects are really very good and I think you will enjoy seeing the photographs.

Professor Fenellosa is now in New York where he is much engaged in lecturing and writing.  He was in Detroit some time ago and went through all of my recent purchases, many of which he enjoyed very much.

How nice of our mutual friend, Mons. Odin to have presented the Louvre with two such charming objects. I trust his return to Japan will be made safely, and that he will find many good treasures in the future.

I retain most pleasant recollections of my hurried visit with yourself and Madame Migeon at Meudon. You were both most kind and hospitable, and I am sending you both most cordial greetings and warmest wishes that the year 1908 may bring to you both the best of health and much happiness. How is the little dog?
