#33 Ferry Avenue,
Detroit, Michigan,
January 27th, 1908.

My dear Truman:-

Thanks for your letter of January 24th. Consent to the change of the securities for the Trust Company's pool has been obtained from all of the signers, excepting three or four who are either ill or out of town.

The mortgage will be executed and delivered as soon as the necessary documents can be drawn. The other securities are being rapidly deposited, and I shall ask Mr. Smith to deliver yours to-day or tomorrow. Mine are already in the hands of the Trust Company.

Very sincerely yours,
Charles L. Freer
