DEAR SIR:
Referring to my letter of January sixth, I wrote Miss Birnie Philip, and have received her reply. She has approved of the arrangement concerning your edition of the "Ten O'clock", so if you will ship me promptly all of the edition which you advised me you were holding subject to my order and such other copies of the edition which you have since recovered, I will, after their receipt, have the same destroyed. This action will wind up the matter with the additional understanding that you will in the future also send me for destruction such additional copies which you may recover from those still outstanding.

I must add that Miss Birnie Philip has decided against accepting your proposition for printing an authorized edition of the "Ten O'clock".

Very truly yours,
Charles L. Freer
