Detroit, Michigan,
February 26, 1908.

MR. WILLIAM CARSON,
Sheffield, Massachusetts.

DEAR SIR:
It has just occurred to me that I forgot to write you a letter after my talk with you last fall about remaining in charge of my farm for another year. The letter should have been sent long ago. However, let this letter confirm the verbal arrangement I made with you. It is understood that you are to continue in charge of my farm for another year, beginning April first, 1908, at a salary of Fifty-five ($55.00) Dollars per month, the conditions in connection therewith to remain the same as set forth in my previous letters on this subject.

Your written acceptance of this letter will constitute a contract binding us both.

Yours very truly,
Charles L Freer
