26 [[symbol checkmark]] 33 Ferry Avenue Detroit, Mich., October 28, 1907 Dear Mr. Harper:- Your letter of September 13th came during my absence in Europe and the present is the first opportunity I have had to express to you my approval of the resolution you propose to recommend to the Council concerning the payment by members of an annual fee of $10.00. the same to be used for establishing a suitable working fund.
