N, do not let any freed children be bound out in this manner, untill the state makes an appropiation law the Agents will remain as are now guardians of Orphan minor Children, If you think Mr Johnson is a proper person to take the children give him an order to retain them untill further orders - but do not permitt any one to be bound out, Such acts are not recognized here,

Some of the previous translations, like "Regt" and Detcht" are actually "regiment" and "detachment", using the abbreviation. There are several instances of headquarters being abbreviated as "HO QO" In the translation, "Burgis" should be Burgess. Left margin, "1330" should just be "130" "...no account for you must be" should be "...no account you must be"
