Dear Mr. Freer:-

Mr. Hargreaves is in the South at present, but before leaving he requested me, as soon as the Liberty Loan Bonds were delivered, to send the subscribers who authorized the payment of all of part of the recent dividend in Government Bonds their share of the bonds. I have yours here at the present time, and, having in mind your instructions of January 5th to Mr. Hargreaves, will hold them subject to your order. If you prefer, I can send them by special messenger to 33 Ferry Avenue, East.
