Prof. Kelsey-

and, it will, doubtless, excite much interest concerning the early history of the manuscripts.

I am planning to be in Detroit continuously until January 4th, when I shall start for a trip to Portland and Boston, which will take about a week's time. On January 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th, I have very important engagements, which will keep me deeply engaged, but prior to January 1st, or after January 12th, I shall be very glad to see you here and discuss with you the details in connection with the fac-simile of the Gospels, and the binding of the fac-simile of the Deuteronomy and Joshua, so kindly choose a time most convenient to yourself, having in mind my engagements as above stated, and let me know when to expect you.

With cordial greetings, and wishing you a very Merry Christmas, I remain,

Yours sincerely,
Charles L. Freer

Professor Francis W. Kelsey,
