My dear Mrs. Maxfeeld:-

Your letter of January 9th reached me this morning, and I note, with interest, your kindness to Mrs. Lang, who, I am sure, appreciates all of your kind attentions.

I thank you sincerely, for the newspaper clippings concerning the Northwestern National Bank and the real estate sales. I shall be glad to hear from you in the future, should additional sales of real estate be made contingent to that belonging to Mrs. Lang.

Accept my best wishes and present a full share to Mrs. Lang and Mr. Maxfeeld.

Believe me,

Yours sincerely,
Charles L. Freer
