Dear Mr. Carrington:- I thank you, very much, for your kind note of the 14th, inst. accompanying the three copies of the Whistler catalogue. I wish to send one copy to a friend of mine, but I can also, make good use of the other two, which I shall proceed to do. I am hoping to be in New York before the close of the exhibition, and then have the pleasure of inspecting the same.
