231 165 915 Union Trust Building, Detroit, Michigan, January 19th,1909. Mr. J. C. Pickert, Chapinville, Conn. Dear Sir:- Your letter dated January 14th, came a day or two ago, but as yet, the sketch of the proposed farm-house kitchen, has not come to hand. I am glad you sent the sketch, and as soon as it arrives, I will look it over carefully and let you know how it pleases me. Your suggestion concerning the floor I think an excellent one, and under all the circumstances, would probably be more satisfactory than one made of cement. Thank you, I am quite well again. Yours very truly, Charles L. Freer P.S. Since dictating the above your sketch has arrived. I will study the plan and write you about it later. CLF.
