New York City, N.Y.

My dear Mr. Chaffin:-

Referring again to your letter of January 25th, and my reply thereto of January 27th. I am starting for New York to-day and expect to be at the Plaza Hotel, somewhat irregularly, during the balance of this week.

Should you wish for a personal interview, concerning the proposed Whistler lectures and slides, an appointment could probably be made by telephone. The best time for reaching me by phone at The Plaza, is at about 8 o'clock a.m.

Trusting we may have the pleasure of meeting, I remain,

Very sincerely yours,
Charles L. Freer
