My dear Mr. Hargreaves:-

Accept, please, my best thanks for your kindness in sending me a copy of your Balance Sheet of January 1st, and let me congratulate you and your associate officers, upon the very satisfactory showing.

I have pleasure in sending you my check for $1.82, to cover the cablegram sent from your London office on December 23rd. Mr. Fisk has been most kind in assisting me in my efforts to secure rare specimens of Mesopotamian pottery, and I hope some day for an opportunity to reciprocate. Ere long, you should receive a memorandum of another charge for a cablegram, of which, I trust, you will give me prompt notice.

With kind regards,

Very sincerely yours,
Charles L. Freer
