Dear Mr. Coburn:-

Your good letter of last Sunday reached me this morning, and I am glad to know that you found so satisfactory a decoration in the book of drawings by Koystsu found at Matsuki's. It will, I am sure, grow in your appreciation the longer you see it.

I am curious to know Mr. Caffin's opinion of the color slides; I have however, no fear but that he will enjoy them.

I have pleasure in enclosing herewith my check for $81.40, payable to your order, covering your memorandum of expenses. Kindly receipt the enclosed voucher and return the same at your convenience.

With kind regards and all good wishes, I remain,

Very sincerely yours,
Charles L. Freer
