March 10th,1909.

My dear Mrs. Maxfield:-
Your letter of the 7th inst., is received and appreciated.

I am glad to have the dimensions of Lot 9 in Block 2 of Penniman's Addition, and trust you will present my thanks to Mr. Maxfield therefor.

I have found a purchaser for Mrs. Lang's coral necklace at $50.00, and I am sending herewith, draft payable to your order for that amount. Will you kindly have the draft cashed and turn the money over to Mrs. Lang? Or, if she prefers to have it put in bank, I know you will kindly attend to that matter for her.

I am glad of the news you send concerning Mrs. Lang and hope that she will continue in good health and cheer.

With kindest regard to you all, I remain,
Yours very sincerely,
Charles L Freer
