by the said John Cheny his heirs or assigns, until their said terms shall expire, that is to say until the said boy shall arrive at the age of twenty one years, and the said girls shall arrive at the age of twenty one years or shall get married after the age of eighteen years. And in Consideration of the foregoing I bind myself my heirs, executors or assigns to deal justly and kindly with the said minor children, guaranteeing to them all their rights, so far as the same are conferred by the laws and proclamations of the President of the United States.
