Dear Sir, I write to you to solicit an agency for the Labor Bureau,, provided the compensation will be sufficient to justify me in so doing 

I have, for the last 8, years, been employed in School teaching, but have become tired of that avocation & will be glad to embark in a new enterprise with a prospect of making Something 

My School this year is worth about One Thousand Dollars in Specie,, If you can give employment that will be more remunerative 
I will be quite obliged. If you can give me an agency I will be glad to have it embrace Washington & Austin Counties. Let me hear from you soon & oblige &c
