He did not finish the case as far as I was concerned but ordered me to come to his office at Millican, on May 31st 1866.  I came to Millican and saw Lieut Mc Clermont on Monday May 28th/66. I had not been notified that any fine had been imposed upon me, but coming down on the train Dr Farner [[strikethrough]] told [[/strikethrough]] who is a Clerk of Lieut Mc Clermont told me to pay him $600 00/100 and the whole thing would be settled.
