Said note being the purchase money for said property above described and advanced to us for purposes of making a crop, and this conveyance is made for the security and enforcement of the payment thereof. Now should the said parties of the first part make default in the punctual payment of said note or any part thereof it shall thereupon or at any time thereafter the same remaining unpaid be the duty of the said party of the second part herein, and of either of them, their titles rights powers and duties herein being joint and several, and of their successors as hereinafter provided on the request of the said party of the third part, or other holder thereof which request is hereby presumed to enforce this Trust, and after advertising the time, place and terms of the sale, of all the above conveyed and described property in a newspaper published in the Town of Columbus, for at least fifteen days prior to the day of sale, shall
