sell the same in accordance with such advertisement at Public Auction on the said plantation formerly occupied by John H Crisp. And upon which said propriety is now running and being grown over cultivated, and make due conveyance to the purchaser or purchasers with full warranty binding the said parties of the first part herein, and their heirs!
