gear and single trees:  Nine double trees: Forty three new weeding hoes:  The entire stock of sheep, supposed to be about eighty head, more or less, also transferring all the right, title, interest and ownership in all accounts with the freedmen on the said place, and also in the same proportion all ownership and title to such other tools and farming implements belonging to the said John H. Crisp to the the said Thomas C. Hanford and Charles D. Willard and also guaranteeing to the said Thomas C. Hanford and Charles D. Willard full ownership in any and all other crop or crops on said place not heretofore enumerated, and the use of five mules to work in the crop till it is laid by, now belonging to the said Alexander S. Crisp.

The said David H. Crisp, agent and attorney for John H. Crisp, and Alexander S. Crisp in his own right further guarantees to the said Thomas C. Hanford and Charles O. Willard, full possession and the exclusive control of the said crop, premises and property heretofore enumerated, free of any and mortgage, mortgages, or liens upon the same, any person, or persons to the contrary notwithstanding till the first day of January one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight.
