Sir,
The Asst. Coms. directs that the enclosed warrant be turned over to the Sheriff after being signed by a J.P. on the back, as indicated, and "Macomber" the man mentioned be arrested and sent to this city for trial, a reward will be paid to person arresting him and turning him over here, by this Bureau.

Further this matter all you can, and assist the Officers all in your power. 

The enclosed papers and telegram will explain.
