Schools, Freedmens' Bureau: Dear Sir: Mrs. Doolittle, of Georgetown, reports her Industrial School for the month of May, as follows: Average daily attendance, 17 6/20 Garments cut out, during month, 147 Garments Distributed to the floor, 104 Garments Paid to pupils for work; 25 Garments Remaining on hand, finished, 56 Garments Remaining on hand, unfinished, 14 Garments Sold (Shirt for $2.00) 1 87 Garments were cut from second hand material sent from the Freedmens' Bureau.
