I send the report of work at the room at the Dist - Kitchen East Capitol Hill Barracks

During this month (40) forty women have had sewing to take to their homes to do when they could not get other employment (182) one hundred and eighty two garments have been made, (13) thirteen children have come to the room to braid shaw two hours each day and have braided (82) eighty two yards (4) four women have been employed at different times to wash and scrub for the sick, for all this work they have been paid in clothing

During this month (209) two hundred and nine garments (5) five bed sacks (2) two testaments and one Bible have been distributed.
