For the Month of October, 1867 .

Sometimes I supose I make between 30 & 40 dollars per month & sometimes 20 30  I generally make enough to pay my grocery bill and my rent and the rest goes for other indispensible necessaries But cannot lay up any money for a rainy day for I am robbed of a great deal of my labor
