Therefore they do not take that interest at present in Education as they will do in a few months to come when matters it is to be hoped will be settled Relative to their futures prospects and we find in all ages and countries that nothing will remove from man obscure objects so stern as public speaking and raise him in the scale of intellectual being 
this plan I have adopted in Campbell Barracks among my Benighted Brethren which have prove to be Beneficial to them and will Eventually to the world
