I. J.P. Peddigo Esqr of Woodville, Tyler. County. Texas. is hereby appointed Sub. Asst. Commissioner for Tyler. Co. Texas. and will enter at once upon the discharge of his duties as required by law and the regulations of this Bureau.

Extract.

I. A.M. Sherry. Esq. is hereby appointed a Special Agent of this Bureau. He will proceed at once to the City of Brownsville. Texas, on his arrival he will confer with Charles Worthington Esq. Collector of Customs. Port of Brownsville, and take possession of all Abandoned Lands, Houses, Tenements in the City of Brownsville.

He will also receive from Chas. Worthington Esqr Collector of Customs, Port of Brownsville, all moneys collected by him as rents of each property.

He will also appoint some suitable person to collect rents as they may become due and transact such other business of this Bureau as may be assigned to him.
