I. Chaplin G. W. Honey. 4th Wis. Cavalry, having reported for duty to these Hd Qrs in pursuance to S.O, No 100, Hd Qrs Dept of Texas, is hereby Appointed Sub. Asst. Comr Headquarters at  Texas. He will at once enter upon the discharge of his duties as required by law and the regulations of this Bureau

I. Brvt Col. H. Seymour Hall, Sub. Asst. Commissioner B.R.F. and A.L. at Marshall Texas is hereby 
relieved from duty in this Bureau and will report to the Major General Comd.g the Department of Texas. without delay,

He will turn over all Books, Records and other property of this Bureau to Col Thomas Bailey. 9th U.S.C.T.

The Quartermaster's Dept. will furnish the necessary transportation

II. Col. Thomas Bailey, 9th U.S.C.T, having reported to these Hd Qrs for duty in pursuance to S.O. No 100, Hd Qrs Dept. of Texas, is hereby Appointed Sub. Asst. Comr and will relieve Brvt Col. H. Seymour Hall at Marshall Texas. He will proceed at once to Marshall and enter upon the duties as required by law and the regulations of this Bureau,

III. Capt. Samuel. C. Sloan, 116th U.S.C.T, having reported at these Hd Qrs for duty in Obedience to S.O. No 111. Hd Qrs Dept of Texas, is hereby assigned to duty as Sub-Asst. Comr at Richmond, Texas

He will proceed at once to Richmond and enter upon the discharge of his duties as required by law and the regulations of this Bureau,
