I. 1st Lieut Isaac M. Beebe. Adjt 23rd V.R.C. having reported to these Hd Qrs for duty in obedience to S.O. No 40. War Dept. B.R.F and A L dated Washington. D.C. March 22nd 1866, is hereby Assigned to duty as Sub. Asst. Comr B R. &c and will report for duty to Col. Thos. Bailey. 9th U.S.C.T. and Sub. Asst. Comr at Marshall, Texas - Via New Orleans and Shreveport. La.

II. 1st Lieut Chas. F. Rand. Brvt Capt. 2nd Battn V.R.C, having reported to these Hd Qrs for duty in Obedience to S.O. No 40. War Dept. B.R.F &c dated March 22nd 1866, at Washington, D.C. is hereby assigned to duty as Sub Asst. Comr B.R.F. &c at Matagorda. Matagorda. County. Texas - He will proceed without delay to his Station and enter upon the discharge of his duties as required by law and the regulations of this Bureau.

III. Capt. Joseph Ferguson, 7th U.S.C.T, having reported for duty to these Hd Qrs in Obedience to S.O. No 76. Par. II. Hd Qrs Dept of Texas, dated Galveston, Texas, April 10th 1866, is hereby assigned to duty as Sub. Asst. Comr B.R. &c at San Antonio Texas, will proceed without delay to his Station and enter upon the discharge of his duties as required by law and the regulations of this Bureau,

II. Capt Nathan H. Randlett, 16th Regt V.R.C. having reported to these Hd Qrs for duty in Obedience to Special Orders, No 40. War Dept. Bureau R.F. &c &c. dated at Washington, D.C, March 22nd 1866. is hereby assigned to duty as Sub. Asst. Comr B.R.F. &c at Navasota, Grimes County, Texas. He will proceed without delay to his Station and at once enter upon the discharge of his duties as required by law and the regulations of this Bureau.
