Extract. 

I. 2nd Lieut. B. J. Arnold 12th Ills. Cav. is herby relieved from duty in this Bureau, and will transfer all Books, Orders, Records or other property belonging to this Bureau that he may have in this possession to Capt S. A. Craig. 17th V.R.C. after which he will rejoin his Regt preparatory to being mustered-out of Service, in obedience to S.O. No 89. Hd. Qrs Dept of Texas, dated Galveston, Texas, April 28th 1866. 

The Q.M. Dept. will please furnish the necessary transportation.
 
II. Capt S. A. Craig 17th V.R.C. having reported to these Hd. Qrs. for duty in obedience to S.O. No 46. War Dept. B.R.F. and A.L. dated Washington D.C. March 30th 1866, is hereby assigned to duty as Sub. Asst-Comr and will relieve Lieut B. J. Arnold. 12th Ills. Cav. at Brenham, Washington Co. Texas. 

The Q.M. Dept will please furnish the necessary transportation. 

III. Chaplain G. W. Honey 4th Wis. Cav. is hereby relieved from duty in this Bureau, and will at once rejoin his Reg't for the purpose of being mustered out of Service in Obedience to S.O. no. 89 Hd Qrs Dept of Texas dated Galveston April 28th 1866.
The Q.M. Dept will please furnish the necessary transportation.

IV  Capt J.B. Bostwick 10th U.S.C.T. is hereby relieved from duty in this Bureau, and will turn over to  1st Lieut Jas. Hutchinson, 1st V.R.C. all books, orders, records and other property belonging to this Bureau that he may have in his possession, after which he will report at once to these Hd Qrs. preparatory to being mustered out of service. 
The Q.M. Dept will please furnish the necessary transportation.

V   1st Lieut James Hutchinson, 1st V.R.C. having reported at these Headquarters for duty in obedience to S.O. No. 40 War Dept, B.R.F. and A.L. dated Washington D.C. March 22nd 1866 is hereby assigned to duty as Sub Asst. Com'r and will relieve Capt. J.B. Bostwick 10th U.S.C.T. at Columbia Brazoria County, Texas.  

VI  Capt Samuel I. Wright A.Q.M. U.S. Vols. having report to these Headquarters for duty in obedience to S.O. No 140 War Dept A.G.O. dated Washington D.C. March 28th 1866, is hereby assigned to duty as A.Q.M. and Disbursing officer of this Bureau for the State of Texas to date from March 28th 1866
