I. Leave of Absence for thirty (30) days is hereby granted to Surgeon S.J.W. Mintzer U.S. Vols. and Chief Surgeon. Bureau R.F. and A.L. for the State of Texas, with recommendation to the Comr &c &c that it be extended thirty (30) days.

I. Lieut J. Ernst Goodman, 2nd Battn V.R.C. and Sub. Asst. Comr B.R.F &c at Columbus Colorado County, Texas, having reported to these Headquarters for buisness connected with this Bureau is ordered to return to his Station without delay.

The Q.M. Dept will please furnish the necessary transportation.

III. Capt Samuel I Wright A.Q.M, U.S. Vols, and Disbursing Officer B.R. &c. State of Texas, will proceed to Richmond, Texas, on buisness connected with this Bureau upon the completion of which he will at once return to these Hd Qrs.
