I. Francisco Yturria of Brownsville Texas, having been Pardoned by the President of the U.S. on the tenth day of May 1866, it is therefore ordered that all property belonging to him in the City of Brownsville, Texas, and in possession of the Bureau of R.F. and A.L, as Abandoned, be and is in obedience to Par. VII of Circular No 15. Series of 1865. War Dept. B.R. &c, at once restored to him, subject to Par. 3 and 4 of his Pardon, and Par. VIII Cir 15, above referred to.

II Charles. P Russello (late Capt 3rd Mich Infty) is hereby appointed temporarily Agent Bureau R.F and A.L. with Headquarters at Gonzales, Gonzales Co, Texas, and will at once enter upon the discharge of his abilities as required by Act of Congress, and laws of this Bureau.

III Capt. Samuel. C. Sloan 116th U.S.C.T. and Sub. Asst. Comr at Richmond Texas is hereby relieved from duty at this point and assigned as Sub. Asst. Comr at Beaumont, Texas, relieving Lieut Chas. C Hardenbrook V.R.C. 

IV 1st Lieut Chas. C Hardenbrook. 2nd Batt, V.R.C. and Sub. Asst. Comr at Beaumont  Texas, is hereby relieved from duty at that Post, and assigned as Sub. Asst. Comr. at Richmond, Texas, in place of Capt. Samuel. C. Sloan, S. A. Comr. who has been ordered to duty at Beaumont, Texas.

Upon the arrival of Capt. S. C. Sloan at Beaumont, Lieut Hardenbrook will immediately proceed to Richmond, and assume the discharge of his duties.

The Q.M. Dept. will please furnish the necessary transportation,
