I. So much of Par. IV. S.O. No 104 from these Headquarters as Assigns Wm R. Maxwell, Esq. Agent of Bu. R.F. &c, to duty as Sub. Asst. Comr at Livingston. Polk Co. Texas. is hereby revoked,

II. Wm R. Maxwell Esq. Agent of Bu. Refugees. F. and A.L, is hereby Asigned to duty as Sub. Asst. Comr and will report for duty to Lieut. Col. O. C. Pratt, 7th U.S.C.T, and Sub Asst. Comr at Austin, Texas. 

III. Champ Carter Esq. is hereby relieved from duty as Sub. Asst. Comr at Sterling, Robertson. Co, Texas.
 
He will turn over to W H. Clum Esq. (who will relieve him) all Books, Blanks. and other property belonging to this Bureau he may have in his possession, 

IV. James P. Butler, is hereby appointed as agent of Bureau of R.F.
