I. L.G. Warner is hereby relieved from duty as Agent of the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, his services being no longer required.
II. Surgen S.J.W. Muitzer U.S. Vols. Chief Surgeon Bu. R.Fre, State of Texas is hereby directed to proceed to Houston and Liberty upon business connected the Medical Dept. of this Bureau, upon the completion of which he will return to these Headquarters.

I. 1st Lieut. Chas. F. Rand (Bvt. Capt.) V.R.C. is hereby relieved from duty as sub asst. com. Bu. R.F.+C. at Wharton, Texas and is assigned to duty as such at Marshall, Harrison Co. Texas.
He will at once proceed to Marshall and enter upon the discharge of his duties.
II. C.E. Coleman and Mrs. E.E. Coleman, Teachers in schools for freedmen in this state will proceed to Marshall, Texas, via New Orleans, La. for the purpose of opening and conducting a Freedman's School at that point.
