I. Capt. S.A. Craig, 17th Reg. V.R.C. is hereby relieved from duty as Sub. Asst. Comr. of this Bureau at Seguin, Guadalupe Co. Texas. He will report without delay at these Headquarters, bringing with him the Records &c. belonging to the office at Seguin. 

II. Wm. H. Rock (late 1st Lieut 36th U.S.C.I) is hereby appointed an Agent of the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, under the third section of the "Bureau Bill" passed July 16, 1866, at a salary of One Hundred Dollars per month.

Mr. Rock will report at these Headquarters for assignment and instructions.

III. E.M. Wheelock, Supt. of Freedmen's Schools for State of Texas, will proceed to Houston, Richmond and Columbia, Texas, for the purpose of visiting the schools at these points and en route, upon the completion of which duty he will return to these Headquarters.
