I. Surgeon S. J. W. Mintzer, U.S. Vols, Surgeon in chief of Bureau R.F. and A.L, for this State, will proceed to Houston, Texas, on business connected with the Medical Department of this Bureau; upon the completion of which he will return to these Headquarters.

II. Wm H. Sinclair, Sub Assistant Commissioner of this Bureau, at Galveston, Texas, will proceed to Houston Texas, in charge of a disabled and indigent freedman, whom he will turn over to the Surgeon in charge of the Freedmen's Hospital at that place, and afterwards return to his station at Galveston.

I. Bv't Col. Wm H. Sinclair, is hereby relieved from duty as Sub-Assistant Commissioner of this Bureau, for Galveston Galveston Co, Texas, and will turn over all Books, Records and instructions pertaining to the office at Galveston, to Bv't Maj. Gen'l Doubleday, U.S.A.

II.  Surgeon S.J.W. Mintzer, U.S. Vols., is hereby relieved from duty as Chief Surgeon Bureau of RF and AL, for State of Texas, and will report in person to Bvt. Lieut. Col. George Tayler, U.S.A. Chief Medical Officer, District of Texas, for assignment to duty.

I.  Capt. Albert Evans, 116th U.S. Colored Infantry, is hereby relieved from duty in this Bureau, his regiment having been mustered out of service.
He will turn over the records, &c of his office to these Headquarters.
II.  Captain Samuel C. Sloan, 116th U.S. Colored Infantry, is hereby relieved from duty in this Bureau, his regiment having been mustered out of service.
Captain Sloan will transfer to these Headquarters all property, records &c. pertaining to office of Sub-Assistant Commissioner at that place.
III.  Captain Edward Miller, 15th Regiment Veterans Reserve Corps, is hereby relieved as Sub-Assistant Commissioner at Victoria, Texas, and is assigned to duty as Sub-Assistant Commissioner of this Bureau at Millican, Brazos Co., Texas. He will turn over the records &c. pertaining to his office to the Commanding Officer, Post of Victoria.
IV.  Mr D.T. Allen, Assistant Superintendent of Schools, Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, State of Texas, will proceed to Houston, Texas, upon business connected with School Department, upon completion of which he will return to these Headquarters.
V. Mr. A.M. Sperry, Agent of this Bureau, will proceed to Houston, Texas, upon business connected with
