I.  Fred W. Reinhard, Esq., is hereby relieved from duty as Sub-Assistant Commissioner at Centreville, Leon County Texas, and will transfer to Captain J. H. Bradford, 26th U.S. Inf'y (who will relieve him) all records, orders &c., pertaining to his office.

Mr Reinhard will report to Captain Bradford for duty as Assistant Sub-Assistant Commissioner.

II.  In compliance with Circular N 3., dated Headquarters District of Texas, Galveston, Texas, Feby 1st 1867, Captain J. H. Bradford, will assume the duties of Sub-Assistant Commissioner of the counties of Leon and Houston, receipting to Fred. W. Reinhard, Esq., (whom he will relieve) for all property pertaining to the Bureau in his Sub-District.

III.  Leave of absence for sixty days in granted D. T. Allen, Esq., Assistant Superintendent of Schools, Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, State of Texas, with permission to visit the North.

Owing to the high water of the river and the irregularity of the stages in the state, he will go via New Orleans.
