Special Orders.
No 62.

I  Mr Wm. J. Neely. Sub. Assistant Commissioner. Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands at Victoria Texas is hereby relieved from further duty in this Bureau. to date October 20, 1868.

II. The Sixteenth Sub District is hereby discontinued, and annexed to the Seventh Sub District.

Mr Hiram Clark. Agent. Bureau of Refugees Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, is assigned to duty as Sub Assistant Commissioner of the same. with his office at Victoria, Texas. He will at once proceed to his new station and enter upon the discharge of the duties of his office.

III.  The Fifty-third Sub District is hereby discontinued and the county of Grimes annexed to the Twentieth Sub District.

IV.  Mr N. H. Randlett. Agent. Bureau of Refugees Freedmen and Abandoned Lands. State of Texas, having tendered his resignation, is relieved from further duty in this Bureau to date October 20, 1868.

He will receive no final payments until he shall have satisfied the Disbursing Officer. by proper certificates. that he is not indebted to the Government.

State of Texas. borne upon the reports of this Bureau as abandoned property, is restored to Mr James. H. Raymond. Attorney in fact for Mr John Henry Brown. claimant of said property,

II  The Quartermaster's Department will furnish transportation to Miss Josce Stell teacher of this Bureau, from Hallettsville to Indianola. Texas.
