Upon the arrival of Company "B" Twenty-Sixth Infantry at Waco. Texas. Mr Charles. Haughn. will transfer. the records of 36th Sub District. to Captain T. M. K. Smith who will relieve him. and proceed to Cotton Gin. Texas. and assume the duties of Sub-Assistant Commissioner of the 32nd 
Sub-District.

III. The journey performed by Mr De Witt C. Brown Sub. Assistant Commissioner. Bureau of Refugees. Freedmen and Abandoned Lands. from Dallas to Austin. Texas. is approved.
